I am one of the brave homeowners that are running for the HOA board. It’s not going to be an easy first 6-12 months for those that get elected, and it will be a thankless job, but I’m so happy it’s finally happening! We need to get out from under this current Developer-based board!

 

I have several years experience on HOA boards and serve on corporate committees for a few companies as their virtual CIO. I have several years experience leading teams - most recently in Cybersecurity consulting where we combat Ransomware hackers and bring businesses back online from encryption attacks. I can help our community with automating our administrative needs and ensuring we move to a management company that embraces this type of technology to make our lives as owners easier.  My experience as vCIO for these corporations have provided me extensive experience with contract negotiations, dealing with multiple vendors, constant communication and follow-up, and networking.

I love our community. I want us to move forward and help us get in a better financial position from where our tyrannical Developer-based board has left us.

I have lived here in Peralta Canyon for 2 years with my fiancé - a lot of you may have met her since she takes walks all around the community with our dogs and loves to socialize. I’ve gained many neighborhood friendships because of her - thanks baby 🙂
